Terms And Conditions

This section explains the terms and conditions for those that are using and streaming advertising on GalacNet’s services and Cluster sites.

This applies only to Business users that are currently using GalacNet as a medium to stream, place or post their advertising.

 

1) Acceptance to Terms

By the use of the Products and Services present on GalacNet, you acknowledge that you agree, without limitation or be bound by, and are to comply to, these stated Terms and Conditions and any Guidelines or rules that are applicable any GalacNet Cluster Sites. This Terms and Agreement section will be updated as required with or without any prior notice to and acceptance by you. 2) Description of Service

This section explains the terms and conditions for all Advertisers that have previously, currently or are in the process of advertising either their links, buttons, banners or any materials or content that would be regarded as advertising on the GalacNet site and cluster sites.

 

3) Advertiser terms

All materials submitted to GalacNet, are to be monitored by the advertising party and materials listed below are prohibited on the network

a)      Materials or content that would project harm to minors.

b)      Materials or content that would promote or pose a threat or harm to animals.

c)      Materials or content that would be consider indecent or morally unjust.

d)      Materials or content that are consider as “SPAM”, junk mail or any product or service that are associated.

e)      Materials or content that would result in an infringement of copyright laws, patents or any intellectual property

f)        Materials or content that is deemed inappropriate by the Officials of GalacNet.

GalacNet holds no responsibility in the response rate or effectiveness of any advertising campaign and the Advertiser is first advised to review GalacNet’s stats reports and site contents before making the decision for advertisement. No refunds would be given in the event of dissatisfied results at any point of time in the advertising time frame.

 

4) Payment Policy

All payments would be paid up-front for the stated term of each advertising opportunity. In the even of a cancelled subscription, the advertisement placed would continue to run until the paid end of term. ( eg. Term from 2^nd Nov to 2^nd Dec, subscription cancellation on the 3^rd Nov. Therefore Advertisement removal would fall on the 2^nd Dec )

At no point of time would a refund be given on early cancellation of the term stated. This would include partial or full refunds.

 

5) Cancellations By GalacNet

In the event that any advertisement is cancelled officially by GalacNet, the advertiser would be given a 24 hour notice of such a cancellation and the remaining term of service would be carried out or a full refund of a full advertising term would be refunded to the user, by a payment method that GalacNet deems to be the most appropriate.

 

6) Indemnity

By using or access any of the service or content on GalacNet that you agree to indemnity and hold GalacNet and her subsidiaries, affiliates, staff, officers, agents or any other related personnel and entities, harmless to any form of claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to the content post or run by your site or being transmitted by you, your use of the service provided, connection to GalacNet, violation of the Terms and Agreement or your violation of any rights of another individual, group or entity.

 

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

At the use of the Services provided by GalacNet you are to understand and agree that :

a)      Your use of the Service is at your own sole risk and the Service is provided on a “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. GalacNet expressly disclaims all warranties of any nature.

b)      GalacNet make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements

c)      GalacNet does not ensure or provide any guarantee that the service would not be interrupted in anyway

d)      Results or information that is obtained from the Service to be accurate or reliable.

e)      Quality of any provided service, product or purchased material through the Service to meet up to your requirements.

f)        GalacNet makes no warranty that any software error be corrected.

g)      No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from GalacNet or any representing individual or entity to create any warranty that is not expressly stated in this Terms and Agreement.

 

8) Limitation of Warranties

You are to understand and agree that GalacNet is not liable for any direct indirect, incidental, special, or any related damages to you or any third party for the use of this Service, even if GalacNet has been advised on this.

 

9) Copyrights

GalacNet respects the intellectual property of others and all members and users to do the same. Refer to section 4 for details of use and conduct on such materials.
